Scrabble has been a popular game for more than 90 years. It is played all over the world and there are 29 choices of language. We play in UK English, though sometimes we find the odd ancient Celtic or dialect word allowed in the dictionary. We play for Fun with a capital F and we are happy to allow ourselves to look things up as we go along. You can't win if the letters don't come your way. We play in the Community Room at our local Tesco and, if you haven't played much, or maybe not at all, we are happy to help you begin. Beware, it can become a lifelong obsession.
